A sub-committee of CULNU (Committee of University Librarians of Nigerian University Libraries) NULIB is a non-profit organization midwifed by eIFL.net in 2002. The Consortium's primary goal is to ensure moderately priced electronic resources, through eIFL.net's negotiations, to its members.
